Winter Woods Pullover
I love the graceful downward curve of fir and spruce trees when laden with snow in the winter woods. 1/1 cables form the snowy trees that are scattered across the yoke of this sweater. Worked in one piece from the top down, starting with a provisional cast on, stitches are picked back up to work the short rows that make the neckline fit so nicely. Knit with plenty of ease in real wool yarn, this a comfortable and warm pullover to wear all Winter!
This is an engaging pattern for the experienced knitter. The construction is top-down using provisional cast-on, cables for the yoke design, and short rows for shaping. Pattern includes 5 sizes, a full schematic, and charts for pattern areas. If you prefer not to work from charts, an additional 2 page pdf of the written out directions for the yoke pattern area should be downloaded when you download your pattern. The pattern has had all sizes test knit and has been professionally tech edited to be clear and free of errors.
